Still to this very day, the minority experience in America in most colors and especially "The Black Experience", is a singular and "soul searching" fight against oppression, lack of economic freedom and resources, racism and xenophobia.

Here to empower those that are disadvantaged, TAPS (Talented Artists Promoting Stars) LLC among other things, is here to give artists of vision and unique expression a voice with an emphasis on the empowerment of an individual and that individuals merits. It is here to help Veterans of the Armed Forces find meaningful and fulfilling employment after they leave the service of the United States military organizations.

It is here to help and promote youth programs that are constructive and keep young ones off the streets and direct their energies. It is here to give seniors citizens with diminishing hopes a light at the end of the tunnel and help them with their medical challenges, as well as, feel necessary, needed and cared for.

TAPS is an artistic endeavor and enterprise which uses capitalism to promote these aims as a means towards freedom from being disenfranchised from the American Dream and to promote the dignity of being human no matter what background an individual may have come from.
